All of our bash bars & kits are made to order and depending on workload can take up to 10 business days from your order.   Any changes to your order must be notified within 24 hours of placing your order, before it goes into the production queue.

All orders are shipped via our chosen couriers depending on your location.  Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery depending on location.  Some rural areas may take longer.   Items are shipped with no signature required/authority to leave unless specifically requested.  We are not responsible for the courier drivers choosing to not leave items in a safe location (and requiring a depot collection).

Accessories and other products that are not custom made, will be shipped within 1-3 business days of order being received.
